• You have travelled internationally and returned within 14 days.
• You have symptoms such as FEVER, RUNNY NOSE, SORE THROAT, COUGH AND DIFFICULTY BREATHING.
• You have been in contact with a person suspected or diagnosed with Corona Virus within the last 14 days.

For the safety of other patients and staff, we ask that you do not enter the practice, and you should remain isolated at home.

Please call our friendly Receptionist's for further triage instructions on 9495 1422.

Our priority is your health and wellbeing during this time, we therefore request that instructions are followed. It will allow us not only to assist you, but also to contain the spread of the Virus to other visitors and staff at our practice.
