Scripts:

For our ongoing commitment to your healthcare, we ask that you make an appointment with your Doctor if you need a repeat prescription. It is advisable to make this appointment as soon as you are aware you are due to complete your current medication. When making an appointment for this please advise the receptionist.

Results of tests:

To ensure that you obtain the correct advise in relation to your test results, we do not give this information out over the telephone. For all results please make an appointment at least 5 days after you have completed your tests. In more urgent cases our practice nurse will contact patients over the phone to make an earlier appointment. When making an appointment for this please inform the receptionist.

REMINDERS:

Our practice uses a computer reminder system to remind you that you are due for health checks, clinics, pap smears, injections, childhood vaccinations etc. With your initial registration, you are automatically enrolled. You can ask not to be included, however we must advise you that this communication will ensure that you are receiving the best possible healthcare from our practice.
