We would like to inform you that from 1st October 2025, the doctors currently practicing at Warrina Medical Centre will be relocating to:

If you wish to continue your care with them, our reception staff can assist you in completing a Records Transfer Consent Form, allowing your medical records to be transferred free of charge.
If you prefer to move your care to another medical practice of your choice, please also let our reception team know. They will provide you with the same consent form to ensure your records are transferred securely and at no cost to you.
Please note that patients who are currently bulk billed at Warrina Medical Centre will continue to be bulk billed at St John of God Medical Kelmscott. Patients who are privately billed will continue under the same arrangements.
